MenaCash purchases are uploaded to the user’s account after security controls. Purchases by bank transfer and credit/debit card take an average of 1 to 24 hours to complete. This period can be longer on holidays. After the security controls, it will be reflected in your MenaCash account, you do not need to provide a further notification.
Reasons for your profile not being verified: the information entered must match the information on the identity, the photo of your document is not clear and understandable, your document is invalid (for example, its validity date has passed) or your photo in the ID does not match you. By paying attention to these, you can re-verify your profile. Profile verification is concluded within an average of 1-3 days.
When you want to log into your account from a different device, you will be asked 12 different words for the security of your account. If you do not know or forget your rescue words, click the “Forgot my rescue words” button on the screen where you are asked to enter your rescue words, and then click the “Help Center”. Write your question and e-mail address and click the “Send” button. Your account rescue words will be sent to you by MenaPay as an SMS within 24 hours. If you do not want to encounter this issue again, please write down your account rescue words in a safe place and do not share them with anyone.

- First check if the words for the account rescue are the way you saved them.
- Rescue words must be lowercase.
- There should be no spaces at the beginning and end of your rescue words, and there should be at most one space between words.
Since MenaPay is an independent blockchain-based application, a direct money transfer can be carried out to any bank. Money transfers are only carried out between two MenaPay users.
Balance loading transactions to stock markets are subject to security controls and are completed by sending Tether (USDT) after the controls. Tether (USDT) transfers are carried out on the Ethereum blockchain network. MenaPay varies according to the density of the Ethereum network. After the security controls, the amount will be reflected in your account, you do not need to provide a further notification. In these transaction processes, MenaPay reserves the right to hold up to 45 days.

MenaPay works with the relevant exchange as a third party partner and operations are undertaken by MenaPay. When your transaction is completed, your transfer will be displayed on the loading transactions page on the exchange. To find your reference code, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your OKEx account, follow the steps that you used to get USDT again and reach the MenaPay payment screen.
- Choose a bank transfer or QR code from the payment methods.
- On the screen that opens, the code that starts with OK is your reference code.
